Green land with a variety of trees has a passion that runs parallel to the business growth. We have set up our plant amidst the serene surroundings of picturesque Goa, while our registered office is in Mumbai the financial capital of the nation.

The built up area of the plant is 15411 Sq mt. ,built on a plot area of 45920 Sq. mt of land. The total investment so far is close to 12 mio USD (INR 500 mio)

Facility design & construction meets the requirements of international and national cGMP & GLP requirements
The design of entire 600 Kgs./ 1000 Kgs./ 2000 Kgs. manufacturing lines are such that all types of Derma Products including Creams, Ointments, Gels & Lotions can be produced with highest standards of GMP.
A separate Flame Proof Zone exists for alcohol-based formulations.
Segregated manufacturing lines for steroidal and non-steroidal products to rule out possibility of cross-contamination.
Validated Air Handling System with separate Air Handling Units (36 nos.) for all critical areas to avoid air borne contamination with terminal HEPA filters in core areas.
Validated Purified Water system with online TOC analyser in the loop.
All critical parameters monitored & controlled through Building Management System.
Well-established Quality Control laboratory equipped with highly sophisticated modern instruments. Separate microbiological testing laboratory and packaging material testing facility to monitor the quality standards of starting materials, In-process and Finished Product during all the stages of manufacturing of product.
A very young team of qualified and experienced personnel ever willing to learn and adapt to newer and emerging process techniques. Average age : 31 years.

Pilot batch manufacturing line as a replica of production line with all the facilities of successful scale up (100 kg capacity).

Cumulative annualised capacity of steroid & non-steroid bulk is 2760 tons.

Line I	:	600 kgs. Steroid Manufacturing Line with online weighing system.
Line II	:	1000 kgs. Non-Steroid Manufacturing Line with online weighing system.
Line III	:	1000 kgs. state of the art Manufacturing Line, probably only of its kind in India with online CIP both for the Manufacturing Vessels & the Storage Vessels.
Line IV	:	This is 2000 kgs. state of the art Manufacturing Line, probably only of its kind in India with online CIP both for the Manufacturing Vessels & the Storage Vessels.
Line V	:	Flame Proof Manufacturing Line for alcoholic preparations.

Cumulative annualised capacity of steroid & non-steroid creams, ointments, gels and lotions is
97.5 mio. units. (on single shift basis) in various packaging forms like aluminium, laminated &
plastic tubes, bottles, jars e.t.c.
